specify personalization- use a period to mark where you want additional spacer beads. (example: z.o.e.y, b.d.h or beach.babe) personalization can be up to 10 letters including spaces.

shipping info

standard orders typically take 2-4 business days (mon-fri) to be processed and packaged for shipping. please allow an additional 2-5 days for items to arrive once shipped.

refunds & returns

unfortunately, we do not accept any returns. all grace + goldie jewelry is handmade to order. we can offer an exchange or store credit for purchases made with error on our part. email us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know what issue you have and include a photo. shipping charges may apply to a new order. more info can be found on our refund & returns faq page.
